The work on Conan the Barbarian by Basil Poledouris is by far the number 1 movie soundtrack of all time by far, Anvil of Crom, Riddle of Steel, Riders of Doom are epic. I do like all ten of your choices and deeply respect your opinion.

I happen to have read all the 10 Conan books before the movies were ever made. I remember thinking that the books should be made into movies - and then they were! The author, Robert E. Howard committed suicide at the age of 30, just before his first book was published, after learning his mother was in a coma and not expected to survive. Think what he might have achieved.
