My World Passport has no SS#, no Gregorian birthdate, no Federal Locator #, (zip code), etc...The WSA actually answers their phone when you call, and I have had lengthy conversations with their lawyer, and Garry Davis himself, Now try calling ANYONE in your local govt, and see if you EVEN talk to a human.. @Whopzer No, if you read the application it says that annual donation is optional. Also, to be a world citizen does not require using Gary's service, but using what he has set up would be FAR cheaper than doing all those things for yourself, and his at least has some level of recognition by other nations. I had reservation about paying some guy to become a World Citizen, but what you are paying for is not to become one, but for the services of registration, documentation, and representation.
