  • @rainbowsalads he is vegetarian and has been since he was 11

  • 3:30 That is how I feel about screaming fans at concerts. Shut the fuck up and let the band play. Ain't that why you went there? To hear them play?

  • @1959SPM you ain't wrong there. I melt everytime I see him or hear his voice. (OH) What a guy!!

  • Thanks for uploading this - I really enjoyed watching it. What a fascinating, funny, gentle and humble man.

  • Moz is Gorgeous X

  • never seen mozza so happy he probably had an inkling here he was going to break up the band

  • This was an excellent interview, it's so nice to see him laugh that much :D Too bad I'm from Sweden and not really used to the accent here; I'm not sure I got everything. But stil; thanks a lot for uploading! :D

  • i thought he was vegan. omg . he funds the dairy industry??

  • This is my favorite Morrissey interview. Thank you for sharing! I found it delightful.

  • Morrissey looked and sounded really happy it was nice

  • i make lots of telephone calls to agencies in soho!

  • But hey what does he say towards the ending, what is he doing at home? I must be deaf or something :--)

  • Dirty old man! Oh my I laughed my ass... I mean, arse off! He's the most lovely person ever :)

  • Splendid interview, Muriel has such a nice way of asking questions and keep asking that this interview probably reveals more of him than all the others together.

Thank you for putting it on YouTube!

  • Morrissey, an A-Ha fan? Wow, that's a surprise. He must've had a crush on the lead singer, LOL!

  • LOL. That's exactly what I thought too.

  • You can't imagine how right you are!

  • "What goes on in my house? Very, very little... I want to die!"

One of the best interviews, Muriel is so great. Ironic that it was just before the split though.

  • My favourite, Thanks for putting this!

  • I've never seen him so giggly before. How cute!

  • By far the best Moz interview ever.

Thanks for that, haven't seen that one in over 10 years!

  • I haven't seen this interview in years. Glad to have stumbled across it once again. It has a classic ending. I'd LOVE to make him that happy.

  • lol

  • im having this on my ipod ryt now :D

  • omg that was hilarious," you make me sound like a dirty old man".

    aww best ma that alive

    viva morrissey !!

  • I know now that one of the traits that make this man fascinating is how he can transform himself on stage and music in general with such power and then seeing this video is like a different person, truly surreal

  • does anyone know why he moved to london when he was 17 -- even though it was only for seven days ??

  • I prefer listening to him when he was younger- he just seemed ever so slightly less sure of himself and more vunerable- I like that.

  • i thought the exact same thing hes so cute and shy when he was younger hes a bit full of himself now hes still adorable though :)

  • yeah, glad you agree with me, its a pity we weren't even born to enjoy and appriciate it at the time though lol!

  • yeah they were the good old days lol

  • o dear lord he is suuublimme

how ADORABLE is the last minute...

  • he's so sweet when he's relaxed. Love his speaking voice! Thanks for uploading.

  • Muriel Gray does a stirling job - Great interview with a great man

  • omg....how absolutely beautiful that was......

  • the last part!! giddsy

  • Ask someone from the escort agency to bring some food with them.

  • When I watched these videos, I kept comparing this Morrissey then to the one now, and it's incredible how he has remained the same, even though he said he didn't like nowadays to watch videos of himself during The Smiths days. Same frankness, a bit, or even a lot more punchy today, in his way of being frank, perhaps.

  • such refreshing honesty, i like morrissey

  • "I want to die", haha. No other man could say those words and make me smile.

  • what a sweety pie! I think he hasn't changed a bit in all those years, still the same adorable charming man

  • when i finally met Moz, I was not in the least bit dissapointed. Beatufiul man and energy.

  • where did you meet him? You are so lucky.

  • Outstanding! Thanks so much for posting this on here!!!! Please get it down on torrents soon...

  • Oh my gosh he had me laughing out loud at those last few precious moments... I dont believe ive seen him giggle like that before. Ever. This was amazing. Morrissey is the most interesting, honest, engaging man i have ever seen. I feel like i dont need to know anyone... Morrissey is all i need.

  • hehehe dirty old man...he's a very lovely dirty old man lol

  • Oh, he is absolutely divine when he giggles.

  • I like it when (about six minutes in) Morrissey gets asked about his house etc. I think it's cute the way he goes all shy and child like. We all know Morrissey... well at least an idea of what we know/want to go on in your house. Hmmmm.

  • "The only time I ever leave the house is to buy food .." thanks for sharing these videos.

  • the last minute or so was fantastic. i don't remember ever seeing morrissey having so much fun in an interview. wish there was more. great stuff.

    thanks troxie.

  • Brilliant interview. Thanks

  • best interview ever
