@darkiddd Hamilton's wheel locks up because he has to suddenly break early and swing right in order to avoid Alonso.....the definition of brake testing. If you genuinely think Alonso brakes in the correct place (rather than way too early) watch where the two cars in the lead brake in comparison (much much later than Alonso).
Hamilton is clearly not "trying to overtake on the outside" as you can see by Alonso moving across to the inside line in order to block his teamate Hamilton.
1) If Räikkönen had braked there..Hamilton would have crashed in to him. Räikkönen pushed his gas pedal slightly later than usually. Perhaps because he had made mistake coming to that first corner and he wasn't at optimal driving line.
2) If Räikkönen made that move to let Alonso pass Hamilton..then it was CLEVER move.

1) If Räikkönen had braked there..Hamilton would have crashed in to him. Räikkönen pushed his gas pedal slightly later than usually. Perhaps because he had made mistake coming to that first corner and he wasn't at optimal driving line.
2) If Räikkönen made that move to let Alonso pass Hamilton..then it was CLEVER move.

@kppphd No one's desputing whether you're allowed the "ONE move" to block someone from passing........the complaints against Alonso are for brake testing which is not allowed under any circumstances for obvious reasons. Alonso has already been investigated twice for it and penalised before this race took place......this is just a video of him cheating yet again.

@MegaBudHead I'll say it again: he is not break-testing my friend! Alonso chose the inside line to defend, so he had to break for the turn earlier than going the outside line. If he continued without breaking from the inside line, he would have ended on the barriers (the commentators do not accuse him for his driving, right?). It was Hamilton's bullish attitude that caused him to almost hit Alonso at the back (as he did on Raikkonen in the pits once...)

@slidel211288 - the racing in 2007 was worse than it was today. one of the reasons was that they all had the same braking points (ABS) and they were ALL on the trottle at the exact same time (TC).
getting rid of traction control was a good idea. people whinge endlessly about how today's cars are too "easy" to drive but then they go and say "oh, we need TC back because i saw an onboard of a start from 2007 and it was a little bit interesting..."...
bringing TC back would be a stupid idea...

Yeah it was a bit of a brake-test, but the only reason Kimi started P4 was because of Hamilton keeping him up in Q3. Kimi didn't whine about it afterwards, but got even with him on track. @ Nurburgring, it wasn't even illegal for the crane, it was outlawed after the race.
@ Japan, the safetycar came out BECAUSE Alonso had crashed, and Hamilton wasn't blamed for Vettels crash.
@ Hungaroring, Alonso BROKE the same FIA rule he himself was penalized with @ Monza in 06 for impeding Massa during qualy.

@SERGIOCULE Haha, Alonso was given the penalty at Monza, I didn't say it was a fair penalty. But the rule DID exist (before Hungaroring), as Alonso even said "F1 is not a sport" when he got the Monza penalty.
At Japan, Hamilton was NOT blamed for the crash, nor was he penalized for it. Vettel hit Webber.
Hamilton didn't even complain to the FIA at Hungary, it was Charlie Whiting who referred the incident to stewards.
And at Nurburgring, Hamilton was the only driver who kept his engine running!

LOL guys, Lewis lost the championship that year by his own hands, proof here it is : Kimi 110 pts, Fernando 109 pts, Hamilton 112 pts (112 pts if he stayed behind Alonso and didn't fight him for 3rd position) I think Lewis forgot that he only needed 5th place or higher, lol, I really wonder why he was attacking Alonso. But later he did a mistake in the cockpit buttons which maybe could have also made him in the back of the race.

Lewis wasn't impressive on the races -07 and -08 where championships were cracked. I don't look Hamilton as a "real" champion even i admit he's fast.

@harz1994 Dimwit lol, Hamilton was leading the championship at the start of the last race, and it was only Glocks decision to stay out on dry tyres, and rain in the last 5 laps of the race that gave Massa a chance. Had Glock changed tyres like everyone else he would not have even been a factor, and people seem to forget that the best drives of 2008 were Hamiltons, and a championship is won over a season, not in 1 race.

Perhaps Kimi isn't a real champion, after all he won the title by 1 point, won it in the final race, won it due to another drivers misfortune and even required his team mate to pull over and give him the race win. Only an biased idiot would claim any driver isn't a real champion, especially when the most dominant and impressive drives (and the most overtakes of the year) were by Hamilton.

btw,. who was that driver in -03 losing WC just by 2 points in a old mclaren and then again -05 mclaren let him down.

@WeLWets Wrong. Hamilton was leading the championship going into the last race, it was LUCK that gave Massa a chance at the title in the last 5 laps.
Hamilton would also have won the 07 championship if it wasn't for hydraulic failure in the final race.
And as for Kimi, he only won 1 race in 2003, despite having the fastest car on the grid.
