  • I was reading about Alfred M. Hubbards gadjet -- yes standing waves -- using gold section ratios. Makes sense.

  • Tesla's Theory at it's best!

I love the work your doing. When I have a Spare Minute, lol, I will Rep your project as well.

  • Thanks, but the credit goes to Dr. Stiffler for designing and sharing this circuit. I'm just 1 of the many replicators trying to accelerate this.

  • really cool

clearly showing standing waves in the tubes

  • WOW...Great jod Wavefront101

Lighting nine 40 watt FL's thats amazing.

  • Thanks, they are not fully lit, but it's getting close. 1 thing I noted was that if in this configuration and there's no load, sometimes (not all the time depending on whats around it) the circuit can consume 200mA plus and smoke the transistor. I popped 1 the other day and it started smoking. :) If I load it down it consumes less power, from the psu that is. I'm now using a strip of foil tape wrapped around the transistor, but if I put my fingers near it it starts to heat up.
