My opinion on Great Muta/Keiji Mutoh is that he is one of the most entertaning wrestlers of the modern era. This man puts so much into his Muta character. Although highly technical he is not THE best. Some could argue Misawa or Kobashi and they would be a legit contenders.

Mutoh is a mark for American wrestling. Not the best recipe for Japanese Puro. But he is unique in that perspective. He is definately my favorite wrestler of all time. Not many out there who can match his excitement.

Ok i try to explain the best i can for this storyline.

Muta apparently impregnated Yinling after he spray his green mist on her some earlier event.

Monster is the child of them.(Yes it is very dumb but wateva.)

Tajiri keep mocking and making fun of monster which after some plot development ultimately lead to this.

this video is actually 2nd part of the whole match since it started as 2v3 initally until Muta appeared.
