A cops word is taken over anyone elses in court therefore a cop should be held to a higher standard not a lesser one as it is all too often. Right now many states are arresting people for recording the cops in public and trying to outlaw recording cops in public, if this happens there will be no accountability left for the bad cops at all and many innocent peoples lives will be ruined, also more cops will die in the line of duty as people become outraged and defensive.
Every single ticket/arrest this cop has ever made can now be overturned, if you have ever recieved a ticket from this cop you should get a refund and you can if you want to take the time too do it but you shouldnt have too, the county should have to refund every fine and expunge every persons record this bad cop could have tainted, also this cop should be quilty of a felony just as you or I would be. That means no right to vote, no firearms ownership, no decent job, just like anyone hes framed.

All someone has to do is travel extensively for a few years to rack up a bunch of interactions with police where they stomp on your rights, make up things to write tickets for, or even arrest you over. The only people who don't hate cops are those who have little or no experience with them, are themselves cops, or have a close relationship with one. I've even met cops who admit the majority suck.

I am currently the victim of a fabricated assault 4 charge. I cussed the officers out, they fabricated it. The "victim" even kept insisting I be released, and that I hadn't touched her at all. They do this ALL the time, and anyone who's never been caught up in the system is completely oblivious. isn't there a law or rule that if a car rear ends you it's usually that drivers fault. fuck cops!!! i wish there was some group or organization, who's sole purpose is to hunt down every single crooked cop. cops that have been caught committing crimes get off to easy, there needs to be harsher punishments. and since the judicial system usually is always on the cops side, people need to start taking the law into there own hands, and help put an end to the dirty, illegal, crooked police force.

There are police videos with 10 or more cops; 100% joining in blatantly illegal activity without a second thought and they will lie, plant evidence, destroy evidence, conspire, frame the innocent, and murder to cover it up. Ask Frank Serpico if most cops are good. Is your social politics worth lives? This isn't 1950: Cops suck, now.

Furthermore, these YouTube clips show the cops who media feel they have a "good story" with. How often do we see the COUNTLESS times officers do something stellar on TV?? Apparently, the positive accounts are not told in the same degree the negative are.

@43zeep Actually, I know from personal experience from several encounters in several jurisdictions. All someone has to do is travel extensively for a few years to rack up a bunch of interactions with police where they stomp on your rights, make up things to write tickets for, or even arrest you over. The only people who don't hate cops are those who have little or no experience with them, are themselves cops, or have a close relationship with one. I've even met cops who admit the majority suck.

I'd like to think this is an exception to good police work. But, with enough police in my immediate family, and plenty of retired LEO friends, there is little doubt that the blue wall of silence is still very much in effect. Cops are above the law. Try to fight the system, and you're simply charged with more infractions. In installed a dash cam to protect myself from this BS. See my video response above.

I am currently the victim of a fabricated assault 4 charge. I cussed the officers out, they fabricated it. The "victim" even kept insisting I be released, and that I hadn't touched her at all. They do this ALL the time, and anyone who's never been caught up in the system is completely oblivious. These are usually the morons that say things like, "Well, if you had just been obeying the law, there wouldn't be any problem" or "Yeah, sure, you're obviously guilty of SOMETHING". Tools.

Does anyone know anything on what was written in the arrest report? It sounds like they're more or less joking with each other on the audio. Still, they're %100 wrong for doing that. I don't see what the big deal is if the cop accidentally hit her from behind. It was just an accident, so what's the problem with saying it that way? I mean, if she's drunk, she's drunk.
