do you think you could make a soft that could make the back camera a pad for a stylo? I mean, you open the cover, direct it at a white surface use a black pen (or somehow simply modified so that you can select items by rotating it) and use it when working with the phone (internet browsing and stuff?

That's a pretty awesome use of many different available tools! Unfortunately, I am guessing it would be rather difficult to implement for public use, as we would all need those LED pens. Nonetheless, I applaud your creative use of the N95's camera!
