And also, thank you for posting this video on how you demonstrated how the speed-loader worked. I'm definitely impressed by how quickly and easily it works. I went ahead and put it on my wishlist to go with my parts I'm gonna use to upgrade my AR-15.

Thanks for the review, bought this last weekend at the "fun"show and it definitely made life SO much easier at the range when time is limited. I want to maximize my time shooting, not re-loading. Wanna hear something funny? I actually loaded up about 400 loose rounds the other night and realized AFTER loading them by hand that I had this new speed loader!! I was so pissed that I'd totally forgotten to use it, lol!!

Now I made sure to place it right on top of my empty magazines box.

Thanks for the review! I freakin' hate the GI stripper clip guide, maybe I'm a moron but damn it's a pita to load with those things. This will help out big time. I have a couple classes in the spring and have xm855's on stripper clips.

i have heard that its really hard on mag lips when you load with stripper clips. Something to the effect of "it cuts the life of the mag in half".

@trenttyre Guess I'll find out. Although it's nice to have them work as long as possible, Magazines are a disposable component of the overall weapon system anyways.

@TexasGlocker1 You're very welcome, I really appreciate that. I primarily use the FlipHD digital vid camera. It's simple and works great. Sucks at night by itself though. I only use my ContourHD helmet camera on my helmet, or electronic ear pro, and most recently I've started mounting it on my chair and other places. If you get a Contour get the new ROAM model. I just got it and it's by far the best and easiest one ever!

save and reuse your strippers! only have to buy them once! then when the brass tabs break get new ones. they are "semi-reusable"

Are you saying to save them to have someone ELSE put more rounds in the clips, or for ME to do it? Not quite sure what ya mean, but if I load anything it'll be mags and not the clips :)

The one that you crank back and forth is the original Maglula. I've found that one works best as an unloader, if for some reason you need to administratively unload a bunch of mags.

@coolbaugh90 I've got 3 and they work great so far with my BCM 14.5" gun. Some others seem to have issues though with theirs.
