I'm going to keep doing it for about another 2 months and see what happens. Also I have a few questions about BWV. How long am I suppose to do it per day? Cause I always do 3 times a day, 10 minutes each time. And does it matter how fast I move my head from side to side? Cause I usually listen to fast beat music so I kinda move my head with the beat. And my last question is, when that guy's eye got cured, did his vision get better too or does he still wear glasses and contacts? Thanks in advance
@254Wacolion There's no real set time, but 3x a day at 10mins is great! I would recommend at least twice a day for a total of 10-15 mins. If you do more, that's even better. As far as speed, it's important to get to the point where it feels like your body is doing the shaking on its own. Everyone is different, and even you are different on different days, so try different music and find the music/speed that suits you.
@254Wacolion I'll ask him about the eyesight, but I'm pretty sure he still wears glasses/contacts. I also wear glasses, and I had to start wearing my old glasses (lower prescription) after a few years of practice. Of course I practiced general Dahn Yoga as well as BWV, but BWV is like Dahn Yoga in a nutshell anyway.
I've been doing this for about a month and a half. I've seen a vid where some guy said that this helped cure his lazy eye, I hope it does the same for me.
@254Wacolion That's great 254Wacolion! Keep it up. If you're doing it daily and you don't see any results in the next few weeks, send us a message, maybe we can help. I know the guy in the vid you're talking about. He's an instructor now and a good friend.
