    AMERICANS ARE disappointed and disgusted

    Unemployed workers are GOP’s pawns

  • search the venus project

  • There's a lot more to it than that. People under the recession are resulting to scamming. Check out my channel and videos to learn all about it.

  • Its bad people.. Its going to get worse. Its not just the economy that is bad. Are rights as americans are being destroyed every day. Who cares what the stock market is doing!! Look at what are government is doing behind closed doors!!! Wake up and do your Homework.. Look at the bills in congress that have passed and are thinking about being passed. It will shock you... God bless.. Get prepared for Yourself and Your family

  • Ladies and gentlemen another graduate of the Glenn Beck school of vague hysterical threats.

I can't believe we're the same age. Do your own fucking homework, and when you're ready to behave like an adult come back with specifics.

  • For your information, JOe. I do not agree with gleen beck on alot of issues, nor do I watch fox news.. Alot of what you see and hear on TV is only half truth.. Here is a question for you. How many homeless do we have in america right now? compare that to 2yrs ago.. Wake up and stop smoking what ever the hell your smoking!!

  • this guy is a retard he will be homeless saying dam im a dipshit for makeing this video .get a hair cut and a job that u will never if u think that nigger is going to fix the usa zipper head

  • Go get a shave and a haircut...YOU BIG DUMMY!

  • they took our jobs - dey turk err jerbz - durka derbsssss!

  • @straightedgearsonist de derk a jubs!!!

  • Obama Is an anti American idiot hell bent on making this once great country a shell of what it once was. Anyone who cant see this is blinded by Obama's minions. Optimism will come back when we have a leader that cares about the CONSTITUTION!!

  • Wow way to ignore the commercial real estate markets collapse coming soon to a mall near you. Or what about what happens as the unemployment insurance runs out for the millions on it ? 16 million unemployed, 2.5 million job openings in 2010. Yea, the economy is fixed !

  • You remind me of one of my teachers... but American, and with bigger hair.

  • What is so great about this snapshot in time, is that 6 months from now when the stock market is back in the tank, we will be able to look back and see how wrong you are.

Read a book, any book, by Murray Rothbard - perhaps start with America's Great Depression.

  • Do you mean like the package passed last winter when Obama said "if we don't pass this bill unemployment will be over 8% by the end of summer?" then it his 8% before summer

LOL at stock market being the leading indicator

GDP is also a LOL wait till the new 1937 smacks you in the face while your asleep in your dreamworld

Do you pay any attention to the value of our currency?

Want to see a guy who knows whats going on? youtube Vision Victory

  • You think a strong dollar is a good thing. that's because it's strong and you think strong is good. Unfortunately you need slightly better thought processes than that to understand economics.

  • I don't think a strong dollar is good because its "strong". The dollar isn't going to float around 70-80 on the index forever, there will come a day when its at 20, and this is dispute the fact that all nations are inflating currencies, do you see this as good? or you assume it will float around 70-80 forever?

  • I'm not trying to make excuses, per se -- as I mentioned, some things could have been handled better by the president -- but certainly one needs to acknowledge the processes the president needs to work within..

(And certainly this administration has done better than some past administrations.. even so early in the presidency.)

    Salud!

  • Something to keep in mind is that the MAJORITY of "big" things require cooperation between the executive and legislative branches.. which means that there are a LARGE amount of people involved and an incredible amount of bureaucracy to boot. So, while the president can set forth an agenda and provide needed direction at times, it's not feasible to expect quick turnarounds on issues that have lingered for years (like the wars) or decades (like healthcare).

  • @IronPriest82 and Joe, I, too, would love it for several large issues-of-the-day could be resolved in the 11 months that Obama has been president, I know enough about US government to know that that is not realistic..

  • I'm not a Obama hater nor am I a Bush hater either. My question is what significant changes have Obama made since he took office? We're still at War. The Economy is still down. Health Care seems to be a mess and Social Security seems to be forgotten about. These were some of the major issues during the campaign, curious on your thoughts. Also You said that the President/Government can't really fix the Economy and that it fixes it self, how come that wasn't said during the Election?

  • He made healthcare his most ambitious priority and it's no surprise to me that it's taking a while. There's a lot of change in the Democrats' plans. I'm sure a lot of people have the sense that nothing's getting done in Washington, but if healthcare makes it through that sense will change some.

I believe I said that the government can influence the economy, but that it can also grow on its own. Elections are more about the influencing part.

  • IronPrist, I can't believe you would even ask what changes have been made since he took office. Whats wrong with you, the guy just took office at the end of January -- what on earth do you expect now that we are nearing the month of November?

He's made healthcare reform has central issue. The economy is equal to that but get this: alot of stuff went down at the end of 2008, you just can't up and fix that overnight. Anyone with sense knows that. FDR couldn't do it in a year either.

  • Joe,

Again, great to have you back. I like your optimistic view.

  • You sound a lot like Ben Affleck, and without the huge hair and beard, You would look like him too.

  • Good video.

  • Joe, Glad you're back. Your commentary is always insightful and spot on. Keep up the good work.

  • YOU TELL UM NINJAS FTW

if u had said pirate ..unsuscrided!!!!... you've probably lost some pirates all ready but fuck um good riddance u baby raping slave traders

  • LOL, Pure win!

  • I really like Obama's health care plan, but I wonder if he is trying to do too much too fast, instead of one big bill, should he do multiple small bills? What are your thoughts on the health care plan in general, what do you think of Obama's approach?

  • nice fro, sexy.

  • If the US is divided into smaller countries where would you immigrate?

  • Hey Joe,

Where you goin' with that gun in your hand?

  • Huh. I would've thought that, surely, the employment rate would have to recover first.

But Joe, I still think you should answer my question about this rumor that Al-Qaida is broke. What do you make of it?

  • Hey Joe,

My question:What is the reason for this polarization?I mean, you are very pro-liberal which might not bad in a way, but dont you have the feeling that there are many cases where the left is wrong?Isn't the Economic crisis a time where you have to search for a consensus?

Maybe its just me. I come from a country that has had the most impact of the Economic crisis in the world (unemployment rate has raised to 22% and the GDP fell by 19%). The country with 2 million people has 30 parties.

  • @MandinoTV The major reason for the polarization is because of inequality; if you look at the history of American politics the most polarization occurs during periods of the most economic inequality, while the most political modernization occurs during periods of relative economic equality.

  • I dunno. I think that because most of our money has gone overseas for so long, that there has been a shift in power that we as Americans have been unwilling to face. Which could explain why we're in so much debt. Could that be a cause? Us not having the factories and not willing to work for next to nothing? Whereas other countries are? Maybe i'm not understanding it very well, but to me it would seem that eventually we're going to have to start back with the basics, and making our own goods.

  • Yay! Welcome back!

  • NINJAS!!

  • I like to be an optimist, but I'm afraid that there are going to be more potholes ahead on this slow road to recovery, including another bubble bursting in the housing market in 2010/2011.

  • God im so glad your back, your great joe :D

  • What do you think of the I think chairmen of Microsoft who said he doesn't think the economy is in recession so much as it has reset. Meaning unemployment isn't going to bounce back to where it was but the economy has reset and this is basically the new 'regular' growth point. If that makes any sense.

  • YUS!!!! The UTTERLY important, everlasting, annoying debate has been brought to an end! If Joe said ninjas, then ninjas win!!! I'm glad he's on my side.. Thank you, Joe.. Now.. About that other thing. Jamba Juice or Robek's?

  • @losroftheday robeks... definitely.

  • I agree, NINJAs hands down

  • Funny how the stimulus, I mean porkulus package was promised to keep unemployment at 8%. Old Plugs Biden couldn't even keep the fraud and waste that this debacle has become.

  • yea that's the problem he already didn't the body heel it's self, im not overly optimistic about the stock market not just this month but over the next many years. Regardless are children will pay for what has been done, this is not just Bush/BO they Bush was weak, BO is getting what he wants, make us more dependent on gov, and demonize Corp. FYI if you have a mutual fund you are Corp. FYI Corporatism and Conservative Capitalism are not only not the same thing, they are the Opposite.

  • You got some serious puff goin on...!! lol

  • I agree with you that ninjas are way better, but I have to keep you honest. The monkey in Pirates of the Caribbean wore clothes. And I'm betting he didn't dress himself.

  • Fuck yeah! Ninjas!

  • here's a lagging indicator; if u haven't already heard .. U SUCK!

  • Projecting a little?

  • Pirates get lots of booty..

  • Its nice that your back into politics Joe..The world is starting to make sense again.. : )

  • Alright... I want to hear your analysis of the medical establishment, and issues like the flu vaccine and breast cancer screening. How much faith should we put in the medical establishment, and do they give us the information that we need to make informed decisions about the management of our own health?

  • As good an ending to a video as I've ever heard, lol!! Good job, Joe.

  • I really like that drinking fluids metaphor.

Unemployment is forecasted to peak sometime late next spring. Probably March or April.

The latest BLS report showed no signs of a real unemployment peak. Probably next month or January we'll see the signs of firms expanding. But even after firms start to expand there is usually a few months until unemployment peaks.

My Q: What is Palin's appeal? In what ways is she dangerous to America? How will she effect the GOP in the future?

  • Ninjas? Oh that is it! I'm unsubscribing.

    :P

  • pirates, lets see those salty ninjas live at sea for months on end with there lil tricks, know where those li tricks would get them? sunk in the bermuda triangle or frozen in the arctic, lol PIRATES FTW!!! lol

  • ninjas don't need tricks.... or to be salty .... they're ninjas

  • AAAAAAAAH NINJAS WIN AGAIN!!! :D

  • Do you think the lobbyist has destroyed Obama's dream of change quickly and how do we get rid of the lobbyist so our government can go back to the way it was meant to be... for the people and not for big business

  • Why does it look like you're reading off a prompter? >>

  • because i think he writes his stuff on a paper and puts the paper under the thingy.

  • @StuntPeanut maybe he is? i honestly have no idea if ihe is or not, but would that be a problem? he probly wrote something up before he made the video, and is reading it so he would run through his list of points and comments smoothly. prompter or not, its still joefelice talking.

  • Yes, I'm reading off the screen and recording through the pinhole webcam at the top. I've always done it that way. You don't have the time to wait for me to ad lib.

  • Ad lib? o_O Why not do what the others do, just cut it where needed?

  • @StuntPeanut

or why not just type out what youre planning to say and read it HMMM

  • I don't know, the cuts look a lot better imo. It also only takes about 5 minutes longer to cut pieces :l

  • Ninjas for sure.

  • What can get that ceville out of me johnny dwares?

  • ninjas!

  • Make a video about people who hate politics, like me. And make it a fun one!

  • I'll go with more or less a repeat from yesterday:

What are your thoughts on Obama vs Health care reform. Many seem to loose faith in him. The reackon he's hoping for the no solutions trigger option, instead of real health care ~ the public option.

Other thoughts on the public option?

  • Haha, i really wasn't expecting my question to be answered.

    Interesting stuff though.

Im not well versed in politics, plus I live in Ireland so i don't pay too much atention to what's going on in the USA, but you're videos make it that much interesting.

  • your*

I've always got them mixed up, since Primary school...

  • Jedi's or Super hero's?

  • oh yeah, and I totally agree with you on the ninjas (ironic as I'm a pirate).

  • one more: What do you think of the republican party slowly changing what it means to be a conservative and how it appears that republicans from 15 years ago are now considered moderates by the repubilcan standard of today?

  • What decision do you think the White House is gonna make about Afghanistan troop levels? I hope they're gonna make at least a vague suggestion as to when they plan on pulling out.

  • good video. Glad you're back to the politicing scene.

You are mistakin about ninjas dressing up monkeys though. Ninjas really can shape shift. That dressing them up myth is just a smoke screen.

  • You should seriously discuss the marijuana thing. I mean it seems perfect. Farmers would be getting money, consumers would have more durable clothing, houses would be cheaper to build, and everyone would be a lot more mellow.

  • and another question: what do you think of fox openly lying about the health care package on their "opinion" segments?

  • What do you think of the white houses accusation against FOX for being the media outlet for the republican party?

  • thanks for picking my question joe

  • You betcha

  • Halfro! :D

  • welcome back Joe even though you sorta never left :p

  • you look like you like phish...

  • didn't the monkey in Pirates of the Caribbean wear clothes?

  • Oh man. You showed me a pirate that can dress a monkey!

  • yea, jack the monkey!
