I have a home design and am trying to figure out how to elevate a stair case to a raised floor. if you know what I mean can you help me? the stair case is going to start on an elevated floor and of course go to second floor but the bottom of the stair case falls under and inside the raised floor.

I bought 3d Home Design Suite 4.0 and tried moving it over to our new machine with Vista. It keeps asking for "Elevations" even after I installed all 3 disk. Any ideas/ will this work w/Vista[?] THANKS

OMG! this is scary... but is your first job so.

Use Sketchup, really if someone cant' afford to use a really good program like revit or 3d max is better to use sketchup instead of having to present things like this

perronicn-I have version 8 and had the same issue of crashing at startup. This may not make sense, but you have to turn down hardware acceleration. Just go to Control Panel-Displays-Settings-Advanc­ed-troubleshooting. Slide the bar almost over to the left, try it without turning it all down. I got mine to work at i think 3 hashes without crash. This is for XP, i'm pretty sure you get to it the same way in Vista. Hope this helps!
