@RyuuzakiiL Whether or not you max Margaret's link in the 1st playthrough isn't really important, since its in the second playthrough that really counts for getting the invite. However doing it in the first can prove useful since the personas are recorded in the compendium, and with enough money you can practically finish Margaret's link faster than all the others.

Also, make sure to have already maxed Margaret's link way before reaching the good/true ending scenerio.

Yeah, Yoshitsune is ridiculously broken. You can get Heat Riser (buff everything), Debilitate (debuff everything on an opponent), Revolution (increase Critical Rate), Power Charge, Null Physical, Arms Master, and of course, the ever broken Hassou Tobi.

To fuse Izanagi you need to use Yomotsu Shikome and Obariyon I think, but to make Izanagi inherit those skills, you need to Defuse your most powerful Personas into those two fusion materials I mentioned above, I don't understand much either but I think that Defusion is about fusing a strong Persona with another of low level and let the resulting Persona inherit stronger skills that it would never normally learn, but remember, the only combination for Izanagi are those 2 so try it out
