I disagree with you on the fact that Wicca and Paganism is evil. Everyone has a right to their beliefs. But I do agree that drugging children so much is wrong. I myself was a victim of ADD drugs in throughout primary school when all I needed was eye glasses. Having worked briefly in the psych-tech program of a major state hospital for criminals only, I have seen first hand and heard from psychiatrists the aims of anti-psychotic drugs.

The idea is not to cure but cope with mental illness. They want to slow the mind down so the patient is incapable of thinking obsessive or psychotic thoughts.

Also, in an article in time, the AMA expressed its doubt as to the value of drugs in helping deal with emotional problems.

What do you think about the legalization of weed?

I think weed has a purpose, but I believe it can be abused like any other plant.

If we legalized weed, I think that the appeal for it would not be so great, it takes the rebelliousness of it away.

Then again, it would probably be just like alcohol though, abused still even though it's made legal.

I hear that weed is'nt that bad really, it just makes you ok with being lazy lol.

Well you see I've never tried the stuff, but from what a friend of mine said, that's what it does.

I think the great majority of medications out on the market are bad for us, I'm pretty sure the all of the ones that effect the mind are bad.

There are sleep medicines that cause people to commit suicide.

But hey, I don't know much about this stuff really, I figured it wasn't that bad, but maybe for some people (like yourself) it has a very adverse effect.

In my country marihuana is legalized. I smoked marihuana(especially waterpipe) for almost 7 years. It's devastating. I observed that others and I became, more or less, paranoia and extremely selfish. Furthermore the ability to concentrate and the memory gets permanently damaged.

The Aztecs, maya's, etc., used similar drugs and human sacrifice was a normal aspect of their culture/religion.

Many of the leading nazi's used opium.

It shouldn't be legalized. It's just not something that is good, or to be encouraged in the least. The last thing we need is another form of alcohol prevalent in our society.

I do however think that they shouldn't punish small quantities of possession. A fine at the most, or if it continues something else.

Marijuana can be harmful to mental health. It accelerates mental deterioration and inflames pre existing mental disorders.

It can cause some people to become psychotic.
