In this Case, the "remixer" just took the Finished Track and added his Stuff.

A Remix means, that you totally Re-Arrange the Track with every particular Part Such as the Beat, the Gregorianikan Choir and the Basslines.

So you have to contact the Producer to get every Part.

When you have every Single Part in your Sequencer and mixed everything down yourself, then you can call it a remix.
