Repalce the number on the right side ..

for example you see 1000

and change it to FFFF

outside the castle have you lowered the water?? if so there should be a hole somewhere under the castle bridge and in that area, that takes you to a small place that has one of the many switches. the rest, i dunno search on gamespot or something.
