Thank you everyone for watching our video. Can't believe it's been a little over a year ago that my bro Warren and I first got into calisthenics. We appreciate all your love and support =)
When your doin' those "balances" on your hands (And you feet point whatever direction xD), its all about triceps, right? I mean, if your triceps is weak its gonna be hell doing that? For example at 2.06 when his hands are on the dumbells and his legs a pointing backwards :D
wow i cant believe how much u guys just inspired me to start working out again. i used to be a big person for my age but i started working out and exercising and i went from a size 36 pants to a 28 in 2 months but then i stopped because i had no motivation but now that i've seen this vid. i'm wanting to get back into exercising and working out thx for changing my life for the better

dude, i can almost do 2:07 :D lol. i was trying to see what i can come up with for calisthenics as i want to switch up between weightlifting and this so i can balance myself out. i don't want to be too beefy but i want the strong muscle to be as agile as a gymnist. okay i'm no gymnist but it'd be fun to hold myself up in the air with my arms and perform static holds. who knows, i might even want to breakdance
@greedsb1tch That's great brother! Keep training. Practice some L holds on the ground and that will really build your static hold. Then practice some hand stand push ups on the wall to build that shoulder strength. Before you know it...booom!...you'll be doing it like a pro!
@WarFitUSA Thanks for watching. I mix in all sorts of routines. A lot of circuit training and basic max body weight sets. Usually 3 exercises...for example 5 hangcleans-20 push ups-10/15 box jumps. Do 3/4 sets of those 3 exercises of that with as little rest as possible (15 seconds in between exercises). I do a lot of max push ups, dips, pull ups, and pistols before I leave the gym too. Just shoot me an email if you want more routines. Btw, whered you get that jungle gym?
really nice!!! i really like the way u use the dumbells in ur video and any other machines in the gym! I hope i ll be able to do a muscle up till summer, thats my target , i hope u ll succeed ur targets too.
I like your videos, they are very innovative. I am trying to learn how to do what you do at 2:17 in this video. I can hold my legs out the back fine. What can I do to gain strength to hold my legs straight ahead better?
@NflictedMocean Thanks for checking out our video! at 2:17 to get the straight leg, I got on a dip bar and held the L position as long as I could. Then I tried it on the dip bar holding the L and trying to do a dip in the L position. Finally I tried lifting my body with just my hands in an L. Takes time but you'll get it. I'm a slow learner so I'm sure you'll pick it up in no time. Send me your video when you get it! =)
totally awesome!! you rule!! :) keep it up, totally inspiring!! :D
