  • @NwodAFoMetsys1118 just practice. with time you'll get there!

  • When your doin' those "balances" on your hands (And you feet point whatever direction xD), its all about triceps, right? I mean, if your triceps is weak its gonna be hell doing that? For example at 2.06 when his hands are on the dumbells and his legs a pointing backwards :D

  • can you give some exercises for strenght my core and improve my pullups and pushups?? please

and get a stronger low back, like in the 2:16

  • @91mauricio91 gotta work on the core first. I would suggest building your plank to an easy 3-4 minutes bro.

  • can you give some exercises for strenght my core and improve my pullups and pushups?? please

  • @236drew there are not as many parks around our area as there are in New York

  • good on you for posting this vid. what you are doing looks real hard. i know i'm too heavy/not strong enough to do it!

  • Nice video. I like the dips to the chicken wings (or whatever they're called) and back to dips.

  • @XSGrant hahah that is a great description. The chicken wing! We call it shuttles. Kinda looks like you're in a space ship.

  • thats 24 hour fitness at atlantic rite? not trying to be weird, but i think i recognize that asian guy in the navy blue tank

  • @bb33nnii THat's cool bro. It's the LA FIT on Atlantic. Come say hi next time!

  • @dwoo15 ha, i go to 24, i dont have a pass for LA

  • Great! Thanks for this vid!

How to use gym equipment for calisthenic training!

    Buon allenamento! ;)

  • dude, i can almost do 2:07 :D lol. i was trying to see what i can come up with for calisthenics as i want to switch up between weightlifting and this so i can balance myself out. i don't want to be too beefy but i want the strong muscle to be as agile as a gymnist. okay i'm no gymnist but it'd be fun to hold myself up in the air with my arms and perform static holds. who knows, i might even want to breakdance

  • @greedsb1tch That's great brother! Keep training. Practice some L holds on the ground and that will really build your static hold. Then practice some hand stand push ups on the wall to build that shoulder strength. Before you know it...booom!...you'll be doing it like a pro!

  • You guys are good!keep on getting healthy!!and in shape

    Peace

  • @Mragdoll Thanks bro! Thanks for encouragement.

  • A more broad spectrum of what your typical week looks like?

  • @dwoo15 thanks for the reply. Could you possibly show me a week or two of your workouts so I can get the

  • Hey Guys...nice work. Just curious how you program your workouts. do you have a formula that you follow? how many sets / reps vs rest do you aim for?

  • @WarFitUSA Thanks for watching. I mix in all sorts of routines. A lot of circuit training and basic max body weight sets. Usually 3 exercises...for example 5 hangcleans-20 push ups-10/15 box jumps. Do 3/4 sets of those 3 exercises of that with as little rest as possible (15 seconds in between exercises). I do a lot of max push ups, dips, pull ups, and pistols before I leave the gym too. Just shoot me an email if you want more routines. Btw, whered you get that jungle gym?

  • awesome vid !!!!! Great exercises and conditioning!!!!

  • @Fazioenterprise thanks for watching. just checked out your videos too! really motivating. gonna work on those planches.

  • I guess that's even routine warm up from ya'll

  • nice workout! massive respect from germany!

  • @MCRoubel hey thanks brother! We're all in this together! Constant self improvement!

  • really nice!!! i really like the way u use the dumbells in ur video and any other machines in the gym! I hope i ll be able to do a muscle up till summer, thats my target , i hope u ll succeed ur targets too.

  • @1stratos1 Just keep practicing bro. Took me a while too. When you get it shoot me a video =)

  • dope video guys, cant wait 2 c more

  • @jcruz650 Thanks bro! I'll check out your channel when I get the chance.

  • How do 2:17 in this vid. I can't hold my legs straight ahead?

  • I like your videos, they are very innovative. I am trying to learn how to do what you do at 2:17 in this video. I can hold my legs out the back fine. What can I do to gain strength to hold my legs straight ahead better?

  • @NflictedMocean Thanks for checking out our video! at 2:17 to get the straight leg, I got on a dip bar and held the L position as long as I could. Then I tried it on the dip bar holding the L and trying to do a dip in the L position. Finally I tried lifting my body with just my hands in an L. Takes time but you'll get it. I'm a slow learner so I'm sure you'll pick it up in no time. Send me your video when you get it! =)

  • Thats how you suppose to workout in the gym. Sick video bro.

  • @Rasclot222 Thanks X-CaliBar! You're one of the OGs who inspired us to work on the Calisthenic arts!

  • great training. keep em coming

  • @myauramusic Thanks bro! Just checked out your site and it pumped me up!

  • @InciteFitness Thanks for checking out our video! Will keep working hard and will give some the stuff you do a try too!

  • That's how to use the gym! Great work guys!

  • @dawalli Thanks for the encouragement bro!
