  • I've only started listening to Big D recently and, unlike the old fans, I think Fluent in Stroll is their best sound. It's fantastic. It's a bit different. It also offers an insight into the long awaited 4th wave. It's either going to sound like this or Streetlight Manifesto or even both.

  • Whos Big D? Drew Carey?

  • @OrintuskaXxX David McWane, the lead singer

  • they're like the only reason i'm going to Warped this year. :)

  • @liberosvivere the only reason I ever go xp

  • I love this song. (: I'm getting a tattoo on my wrist that will say Doped Up Dolly with a trombone. :D

  • This song is so much fun :) I love it.

  • i be skanking.

  • this sounds a lot more mature. I've been following Big D since Good Luck. This shit rocks. If they're reading this, kudos to you guys

  • SHUT UUUUUUUUUUUUUP. OH MY GOD. My ears are bleeding.

  • when did this album ccome out?

  • @frankierolover13

    Summer of '09, I believe.

  • Dude, am I the only one that loved Strictly Rude and their other old albums, and then liked this album just as much?

It took a little getting used to, but now I love all of Fluent In Stroll.

  • how about a show right in boston lol?

  • show at the space. best ever.

  • show at the troc was ahmazing

  • yes it was!!

  • Toothbrush! Funny meeting you here! ^.^

  • Seeing them tomorrow! Absolutely PUMPED!

  • i'm seeing them in a week i'm so excited :D

  • Was fucking surprised Big D opened for reel big as well as sonic boom. Me and my two mates were the first at the Glasgow academy to see them unload ahaha, got photos with them, RBF fucked off to grab food from the shitty chicken place down the road. Leia signed my fag packet, great fucking night had. And to all those that don't like the new stuff, I been listening to them for 3 years and regardless, every new sound they bring out is different and enjoyable, not everyone sticks to abc music.

  • cool story bro.

  • they were amazing last night, woop woop :D

  • Leeds Academy? Great gig!

  • These were fucking sick last night

  • these were fuckin awesome last nite, the girls have even better voices live and damn fyne too

  • I wonder why Big D and the rest of em call this 'stroll'?

  • bom go the dynamite!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!! ; )

  • "Passes it to the man and... Boom goes the dynamite."

  • And most of the songs they played were from Strictly Rude.

    Badasss.

  • Saw them last night.

    Hell yeah!

  • i was there with you

    ! Joey VonOtto

  • Amazing show.

  • Just saw them Live on Tuesday and this was their opening Song for the show, they sound about the same Live or in Album...

  • who cares about all that stuf. they're still grerat.

  • i really dont like this new stuff

i miss the old big d.

  • I like the new stuff, but I do enjoy the old stuff a lot more. I totally get what you're saying, its kinda....really...I duno, it SOUNDS like Big D but its not...

But live, they make it a lot better, I think.

  • I'm so sad. This song is so slow!!! WTF

  • i just opened up for big d and the kids table like on friday, and I have to say, they are taking a turn for the worse...they used to be such a party band, making the crowd rock out hard, and now they ask people not to go as crazy, and like...idk i think they just took a bad turn for the worse...i wish they would bring back there punk roots, and not try this shit

and the drummer and trumpet player left =[

  • so youre saying bands like bad religion, nofx, or the clash are for 13 year olds?

  • i saw them on saturday in an office building to a warehouse and they rocked the fuck out of that place

  • ska>punk. Just because your little garage band opened for them doesn't mean your little opinion is valid in any way.

  • cant be caught wont be topped but give credit where credit is due, its better than hearing the same stale things that most bands are enslaved too.

    and btw...Love the new album

  • I hate when groups change their sound after a couple of records.Back in the day I got into big d because they were a fast ska punk group from boston. Not only have have scenesters ruined them but I think they discovered weed or something and are trying to get all "dub" like. A band needs to have at least 2 black guys to call themselves dub or whatever theyre trying to do!

  • I just saw them yesterday night, and they still definitely play their ska shit too. But I agree a ton of scenesters at the show

  • a band is allowed to experiment with their sound. they may change back to ska with their next album, or maybe not.

if they kept being some fast 3rd wave ska with the same sound each album, they'll end up being another reel big fish.

and no one really wants that, do they.

  • As much as I love RBF, they're kind of losing it anyways.

I like the new direction that Big D is taking. Sure, it's not ska in the strict sense, but it's definitely influenced. it's still good times.

  • i used to like reel big fish, when i had only heard four songs by them. then i found out that the rest of them sound exactly the same and i lost respect for them.

i like it too. i think it's much more interesting, plus, they're obviously not going to do this for much longer (for people who DON'T like this direction) because the doped up dollies are only with them for this album.

but hey, you can still skank to this, so it's all good.

  • @paulievenna I presonally think Reel Big Fish are amazing. If you think that about two bands, I can't imagine what you think about bands like The Ramones, Blink 182, JimmyEat World etc

  • @paulievenna I seriously could NOT agree more

  • not ska. This new album is a different style of music called "Stroll" music according to the official website.

  • Yeah man, Im not really feeling it. More power to the band for trying something new but their going to lose a few followers if they keep it up

  • ughh i really dont like this song. is this even ska?

  • this is real nigga. what you know about this? you dont know nothing about this. this is the real shit, makes you move and wanna just be happy, this is what ska is. this is the purpose of all music, and ska is anything that makes you wanna get up, bust a move, drink a beer, and be good to your friends. bitch

  • i can listen to it whenever, but it officially one of my bake songs, along with she knows her way off of strictly rude

  • Simple. People have OPINIONS. you have yours, we have ours.

  • @Tmurchu well, thats like, your opinion, man

  • Excellent song cunts

  • doped up dollies are hottt

  • hahahaha, boom goes the dynamite!!

  • i had a dream i was stuck in traffic,

and this came on the radio,

and everyone got out of their cars and started skanking on the roofs of their cars.

    :DD it was rad.

  • awesome

  • AWSESOME!

  • @carolanntaustin lmfao that sounds like a flash mob situation :)

  • @carolanntaustin Imma smoke a j and go to sleep now, JUST IN HOPES I have the same dream while this tune is still fresh in my mind haha!
