Google for "yaps.exe", place it into the main folder ("Rockstar Games") and start the game by doubleclick on "yaps.exe". -With that mode you can turn CJ into any character. Just hit the PgUp/PgDn buttons.

The clothes in this vid are an extra mod, but with "yaps.exe." you can be also one of the original cops in the game. ;-)
