I personally am from Ukraine and was in the Ukrainian AF 10 years ago. Now I'm retired. We had a clearly good overview of the Russian AF. And we borrowed the our planes in 2001 I also was a test pilot testing some new modifications on the SU 37 But seriously... I don't like them. @shadowRSonic T50 is Not in Service, in fact it is not fully tested! And although the F-22 is not 5th gen. It still can beat the Su-37 and Mig 35. The F-22 had major upgrades. The Russian planes where never repaired since 21 years. As I said 70% of all Russian aircraft need major reapers&upgrades.

What are you talking about? The SU-37's first flight was in 1996 and the last one was manufactured in 1998. That's ~15 years. The F-22 is of a similar age. Also the MiG-35 was first flown in 2005. Now say all Russian aircraft haven't been repaired for 21 years. The SU-35BMs first flight was in 2008, and the SU-35S was first flown in 2011.
All these planes feature 3D thrust vectoring, which US planes do not have, this means Russian planes have supermaneuverability, the US does not.

The US is not number 1. Most of its 4++ gen fighters are too expensive to mass produce, and the F-35, the US' only 5th gen fighter (The F-22 is not 5th gen get over it), is not capable of performing in combat.
Russian SU-37, SU-35BMs, MiG-35s and the brand new SU T-50 PAK FAs are some of the most advanced aircraft in the world and can actually perform in a combat situation. All of the above aircraft feature 3D thrust vectoring, technology that has yet to be implemented into USAF planes.
