And now I just remembered: I don't think Max boosts infantry. Not that he needs to. 150% ATK direct fire units in general? Totally not broken.

Sami's direct fire units besides infantry lose firepower. Her indirects don't suffer though.

Actually, things that are programmed the exact way they are can be cheap simply because they're underestimated and as a result too freaking powerful. Otherwise, Dual Strike would have far less criticism than it gets.

Her Super CO power isen't really cheap until the 3rd game where you can pair her with Eagle so she can move 3 times and capture in 1 turn
