Do you think, If i wanted to gain a lot of muscle mass, and all i had was a bowflex pr3000 and dumbbells would that be fine? Is the bowflex as good as free weights? give me your opinion.
You have tools to use - it matters not as much what they are but how you use them. I used a Bowflex exclusively for about 9 mos. at one point and lost no muscle...not that I have a ton to speak of...and in fact looked my best up to that point in time.
Great thing about those tools you listed is the variety that you can pull out of them - from simple grip changes, to different angles, and more...
I recommend the Zone Training method to optimize the Bowflex - or any tool...
