If Jay really "stole" lyrics than i don't think people would buy his records, And ALOT of people buy his records, so obviously they know that he's quoting too. Every rapper in the game including Cam'ron has quoted another rapper's line at some point in time.

And even if they did have a beef Jay obviously had some respect for Pac if he quoted his rhymes. U act like every single rhyme he spits is someone elses. Thats not whats going on Jay is popular for the rhymes that he comes up with himself period.
