I remember watching this show on Saturdays and Fridays too (I think). Long before "christian rap" went commercial, these guys were really out there in the street doing it. Soldier on brothers.

@dijosoul I believe it was a powerful tool to reach the lost back in the days, but since so called "christian rap" started copying secular ways & looks it's lost its wholeheartedness. Those days church didn't support these lyrical ministers too much which made them step out on the streets to those in need of GODs word. There was no "market" for this genre. But I guess there're still a lot of serious cats out there in this flood of media.

This is the show E5 (Element 5). I used to be obesssed with rap but stopped listening to it because of the negative influence it had on my life. Nine years ago, I was changing channels and came across E5. I remember seeing Corey Red rapping and quickly changing the channel because I didn't want to listen to rap. But I couldn't resist rap anymore. When I heard Red spitting for Jesus I was SHOCKED. I never heard anyone rapping for Christ. It blessed my soul deeply and still does seeing this again.
