I don't think these are beta, they look like they were being used to test the gameplay. The second one is made of hills I think this was to test flying and the physics as you go up and down hills. three is to test out entities and texture mapping, that is very clear.

the wheel looks like its from the rex wheel, but without the part kirby sits on, so he rotates with the wheel, that or the wheel power-up... O_o
