Reforming the CIA and Intelligence Agencies

I wish that more people inside would have enough backbone to help stop abuses against innocent persons... not just by the CIA but by whatever agencies may be involved. National security is one thing - abuse, trauma and torture and the violations of civil rights of innocent citizens (including children) is called something else.
