There is another thing that doesn't make sense. If Woody said "Okay, grab his leg. No his other leg. No his other other leg," then whoever grabbed his leg, grabbed the correct leg the first time.

As for why he's there, once again these aren't meant to be canon. He's there to make the gag work, nothing more.

thats why I said Main toys. its true the minor ones like the shark came back. But Im almost positive Tim Allen didnt voice any of these, and Im not so sure that was Hanks in that Lenny one either. even if it does sound pretty convincing. but I have no doubt this is wallace shawn, its a distinctive voice. both rex and ham have never been voiced by anyone else to my knowlede. without any credits this is all hard to proove though.
