only things i can say that you need to mprove on are that you need to make the lines more "straight", and not have those fluffy lines :P

but then again MS paint doesn't allow layering :/

also, the chin needs to be more pointy ^^;

but it's VEEERY good considering you only used sucky MS paint and WMM >:(
