research trials are good, i have been on them, but you really need to know when to get off them if they are not working...i am concerned with all the money going into CF for a new "maintenance" drugs (which does help and could be more profitable for pharmaceutical companies) ..but no real "cure" drug in sight either from stem cells or gene therapy research? all the stem cells news on research for CF is like 4 years old....
