Good film, really shows how vulnerable young teenagers are and how drastic they can change or fall in with the wrong crowd, and not just in america but all countries , I can relate to this in Ireland, I know people that have changed exactly like her...

The worst thing is im like those girl in everyway i skip class,i take drugs,i drink 4 times a week on weekdays and all weekend and the bit i hate when im pissed i have been told im a slut. so the lassies that what to be like them dnt be like them do u want to go through self harming,arguments and fighting with family.You might find it cool but its the aftermath the knocks on the door by police and lossing friend that don't want anything to do wa u.

@aSullenRiot1 Well for certain customs/religions/culture, different colors represent sadness and death. In america, generally you wear black to a funeral, it represents sadness or even death. Until the fifteenth century, it was custom that when there was an unexpected royal funeral, it would be carried out in white. I'm not sure about other places. As for all the emo controversy, I can't stand it myself either.

dammit, emo is such an overused term its ridiculous. every band has emotion in it. emo is just a slang term and its annoying. the songs great movie was about as real as it can get. just enjoy the music and stop trying to label everything. music is an expression and an art form not something you can label at a supermarket

I used to adore that movie. Trust me you young girls...you don't want to be those girls...you may feel like you do but I'm 19 and I regret A LOT and I didn't even lose my virginity until I was 16. I have been an alcoholic, drug addict, slut, burnout for most of my teenage years and while it may somehow seem like what you want to do it really isnt.
