question for anyone

from the A7 barre chord on the 5th fret

wouldnt it be easier to make a A9 by just putting your pinky down on 7th fret of high E ???

that inversion of the A9 has a tendency to loose the 7th, being only the g on the 5th fret left to represent it. that sort of leaves you with an A added 9th, a nice chord but not the most groovy one:P

neck and middle pickup, but it's through a little practice amp. I like the neck pickup a lot on strats.
