The Fallujah incident was a setup. there was a website dealing with it, and other "grey areas" but it was virused by Government computers, losing about 80% of information. Of course it is not true.

Fallujah 04. F-16. They went against ROE and didn't PID them. The pilot thought they were insurgents going to a battle when they were civilians moving away from one. Killed about 50+ people. You guys do realize that we have an all volunteer military, right?Actually, it's not even as bad as that! Normally when you volunteer, you don't get paid! Actually, it's more like a job that pays better than going to college and will pay for college if one chooses to take advantage of the GI bills. @beveik It's a jet actually and this was filmed during Operation Phantom Fury or better known as the invasion of Fallujah. Basically, civilians were asked to leave after the city was surrounded. They had 3 days in which to do so. After that, anyone left in the city was assumed hostile.Pretty much all but 3 or 5 thousand AQIZ left the city during those 3 days. Context, context, context....
sad part is thats most likely civilians and not enemy combatants. That looks more like when civilians start leaving a town looking for refugee in a big group. Usually insurgents won't stay so tightly bound in one big group and tend to break up into smaller fire teams taking up positions rather walking uniformly down a street in a big mass (which again looks more the behavior of residents leaving town cause they see a confrontation is about to take place).

Fallujah 04. F-16. They went against ROE and didn't PID them. The pilot thought they were insurgents going to a battle when they were civilians moving away from one. Killed about 50+ people. I'm not an anti-war hippy, im just saying they were not insurgents. But the Pilot had probably just come of giving support to ground troops in heavy contact and maybe thought there wouldn't be any civs in the area. Costly fuck up. I do feel bad for the pilot having to live with that for the rest of his life.

That's 11.04057(etc etc) times LESS than doctor related deaths. For your premise to be fair, gun owners should let multiple people see their gun each day, just like doctors, and the people have to have a predisposition to want to handle it, just like how doctors see sick people. You guys do realize that we have an all volunteer military, right?Actually, it's not even as bad as that! Normally when you volunteer, you don't get paid! Actually, it's more like a job that pays better than going to college and will pay for college if one chooses to take advantage of the GI bills. My brother signed on for 3 years in the army and spent around a yearr and a half in Iraq. He retired at the ripe old age of 23 and walked out of the army base with over 50K in the bank. (-cont'd)

That would require a constant state of war. Only 14% of the population is black but nearly 25% of the U.S. Army is black. If we spent as much money on social programs that do the same thing these recruitment incentives, we could maybe pull our education system out of the shitter and provide a national public option for healthcare

@beveik It's a jet actually and this was filmed during Operation Phantom Fury or better known as the invasion of Fallujah. Basically, civilians were asked to leave after the city was surrounded. They had 3 days in which to do so. After that, anyone left in the city was assumed hostile.Pretty much all but 3 or 5 thousand AQIZ left the city during those 3 days. Context, context, context....

sad part is thats most likely civilians and not enemy combatants. That looks more like when civilians start leaving a town looking for refugee in a big group. Usually insurgents won't stay so tightly bound in one big group and tend to break up into smaller fire teams taking up positions rather walking uniformly down a street in a big mass (which again looks more the behavior of residents leaving town cause they see a confrontation is about to take place).

@dansw58 Ok no...we dont just fire on a random group of people...we have to be 100% positive that they are enemy combatants. If the video showed earlier before the engagement started im sure you would have heard the audio of them confirming that they were enemy.

@UareInferior2me fair enough and i could be wrong, i was just saying it didn't appear to be an enemy formation to me. As far as 100% positive that they are enemy,if you look around youtube and other sites you can find quite a few aerial attack videos where they "confirm" to see weapons and such and get the ok to open fire and then find out later they killed unarmed civilians.I have no doubts soldiers try to get it right but airstrikes such as this is the #1 killer of civilians in both wars.

I am positive that some of these men were not armed, but they were guilty by association for tagging along with people that are setting their own country back.
