some bad tips. u should not train with weights and run at the same time, u will not gain muscles and get a ripped body by that. matter fact u will get less muscles

it depends on what ur goals are. if u want to build muscles then running is not good because running burns muscles, i didnt belive it but some bodybuilders helped me with some tips. powerwalks is better!

But don't worry, you are constantly breaking down and re building muscle tissue anyway. This process is called "protein turnover." That's just a normal part of life.
