At 0:42, Brock suddenly had a Golem in his box. That makes no sense because he had less than six Pokemon in his party, so wouldn't the Golem go straight to his party.

@UltimateNaruto1000 Brock got a Tauros in a catching contest area where you could keep any Pokemon you catch. I understand that you haven't seen Brock catch it (or even seen that episode in that matter) because the episode was banned since it had guns.

Onix evolved after Brock gave it away, so Steelix is not his pokemon. A similar situation would be when Aipom evolved after Ash traded her away. It doesn't matter if Brock used it for one battle. There were many times characters used a pokemon which didn't belong to them.

@sampasav Brock did capture a Tauros but because he used Ash's Safari ball, the Tauros belongs to Ash. Do you remember the episode where a kid steals a pokeball from Ash and captures a Bellsprout?

@sampasav The episode was banned. Ash and Brock both caught a Tauros, meaning Ash had two at that time. Then every time Ash tried to capture another pokemon such as Rhyhorn, a Tauros got in the way and was captured instead. Ash had 30 safari balls and each one holds a Tauros.
