This guy either doesnt know how to drive or his maxima is bootleg. I run with G37xS on the same level! and the sedans are faster no matter what! 4 of my boys got those cars and come out all on the same level. yes I do have an intake y pipe and deleted resonator but it gives not a lot of power my stock maxima was 2 cars behind now same level and it doesnt stop at 130 it keeps going.
@EVOX091 uhhh the evo would win stock for stock for sure! Maxima runs 14.3-14.5 in the 1/4 an evo would be like low 13s to mid 13s. No race! But evos really don't have topend just like these cvts don't but evo's are BEAST on low end torque even if I had a maxima I would'nt try to race one. 0.o
@jsnevels2 i have both so i thought i would post to see if anyone is interested. the evo was modded with 355 awhp, but now its back to stock and up for sale.
damn the car i wanted to get embarassed the car i own lol....the cvt is good off the line but once u hit 120 forget it....my friend has a lexus ls 97 its a v8 and i got to 120 faster but i slowed down and he kept goin shit sux

@InfiniteMaC Lol...bs. One is 330hp, and the other 290 and fwd. A G37X sedan, driven to the max, will blow any maxima off the road.

you can see that its mainly a horsepower advantage as they seenm to take off at the same time but the G37 out guns it horribly

That CVT kills the Max on top end, it did much better on top end with the 4spd and 5 spd auto in the 3.5 Maxima's since 02.
