I just looked it up on the World Factbook. In India, they earn about $2900/year. That is $241.67 per month. Your stove sells for $99 or approximately 41% of their monthly earnings. Way to go, you exploit impoverished laborers to sell the end product to more impoverished people. Tanzanians earn $108 per month, so they can buy $18 worth of food to cook on their shiny, Communist-built and eco friendly stove.

@rico522 Of course there is then shipping, taxes, duty and over land shipping. I would say most of the cost of selling these is after they leave china.
