HC Anil Kumar of Hisar Distt. was undergoing training of CCTNS TOT Course at SCRB Madhuban and was seeing TV on 14-12-09 at 7.00 PM at India News, Haryana, Channel, he heard the News that 04 persons pertaining to theft of rupees from ATM have been arrested in Kota, Rajasthan. He recognized one of them, who were involved in case FIR No. 629/09 and 645/09 U/S 420 IPC PS CL HSR. IGP Sh. A. K. Dhul duly appreciated him and rewarded with 1st class CC with cash prize Rs 500.
