@2020abcd wwwdotmicromarkdotcomslash12-piece-micro-file-set,7847.html. Hi 2020, Sorry about the weird link. You Tube doesn't allow us to post links! The tiny files are called Micro files. The set above is from Micro-Mark and costs about 23.00. Thanks for the kind words and for watching. N
@gmrgrl2600 There are many places but, the ones I use the most are Rio Grande Jewelry, Metalliferous and Reactive Metals. If you have a business (and can prove it) Hoover and Strong are another great source. Good luck. N
I once read that in order to insure you have the correct blade for your metal, there should be two teeth to the metals thickness. What are your views on this?
@MsKalexa MsKalexa, Perhaps, in a perfect world, where you could see the teeth of the saw blade, three teeth on the metal at one time would be good. But, I go with ease of sawing as my guide. I used to use a saw blade chart but have found that keeping a few saw frames loaded with different size blades is the best way to choose. If the sawing seems difficult, I switch saws. I like blades from 3/0 to 8/0. Hope this helps. N
Nancy, I am an absolute beginner so I have been watching quite a few vids. I find yours to be some of the most informative. And beyond that, your casual, easy going presentation makes them a real pleasure to watch. Thank you!
@kcapozza Thanks Kcap. By the way, it DID NOT take me three hours to lower my chair - my son wrote that. If he lived with me, I'd ground him! He's a bad, yet funny Boy.
Hi Nancy, Can you tell me what size file(s) you use for cleaning the design? Thanks! Your videos are awesome!!!!
