I am almost positive that she was arrested for indecent exposure (falshing). There where cops on the roof of one of the aparments with cameras and spotlights. Whenever they saw someone doing something worthey of arrest, they would shine the light on them and the police on the ground would move in and make the arrest. If you watch the video at around the 0:43 mark, you can see the spot light.

This video proves the large gap in the maturity between Michigan and Sparty studens. Michigan fans only riot for meaningful causes, such as Vietnam, the War in Iraq, Tibet, etc, while Sparty riots for pointless causes such as the keg drying up, choking in the final four, and having a shitty football team.

And, although this type of behavior such as throwing beer bottles and starting fires is disorderly, the fact is that not everyone who had gathered in Cedar Village was violent and breaking the law.
