They seem to be traveling very slow, I'd say no more than twenty miles an hour, if that. However, if you watch the scenery as he drops the sheep, it seems to flow alright.

Seems fake. The video skips the moment that the sheep should be falling into the sidecar. One moment they guy is holding it, and the next the sheep is sitting comfortably in the sidecar.
