how did you manage the build up of your saliva? like did you spit every time or swallow like normal? Cause I've been using the pure white and I just put it in with my finger before I start my daily makeup, then smile like an idiot for 15 minutes while I do my makeup, it works awesome but I can't swallow so sometimes when I spit it comes off of my teeth, any suggestions? (I don't use the mouth guard thing, it makes me drool more lol)
