  • WTF!!! r u stoned ?

  • Why buy this microphone if you aren't a damn musician and can put it to good use..no one wants to hear you ramble on and on and on about crap we really don't wanna know

  • @BrockRodriguez because if you do commentaries, or vlog's you want your voice to sound clear.

  • Sid the sloth

  • ugly child

  • Thanks, that helped my decision!! I appreciate it!

  • good stuff lil phil!

  • big goofy looking mic must i say.....even if it comes xlr i would not want it. it looks more like a terminator studio mic.

  • Sounds like Dr.Evil from 1:30

    Thanks for the tech synopsis.

  • ur voice is soo annoying FUCK

  • douchebag

  • dude hit puberty

  • Beautiful sound out of that! Excellent stuff - especially seeing how far you are away!

  • What camera do you use to record this video?

  • @johazy He said Canon T2I at 1:22

  • omg heart shaped thing.. no

  • but will it blend?

  • Nice presentation Phil, well spoken. You immediately get to point and let us hear what the mic sounds like in a typical user setup. Sounds good. Thanks - Kb

  • You look like a straight BITCH

  • KEEP PRESSING 1 ON YOU KEYBOARD HAHAHA :)

  • @GAM3RxHD LMFAO

  • One second I'm looking for mic reviews, next I realize you were wearing a SF hat, next I realize we went to the same middle school. Small world.

  • @xFuZionNx Why do people ask such stupid questions? Click on the link in the description to see how much it costs. You can do whatever you want with the mic. Just plug it in and record. No tricks.

  • I bought this mic and all I can record is horrible noise.

  • @kiashadowwave I thought mine was recording badly also, but I soon found out that it was just picking up the small amount of vibration going through my desk. Once I moved it there was almost no background noise. Though if you want your recordings to sound really professional you'd need a room made specifically to reduce echo and outside noises.

  • good informatic shizznit ...cheers

  • can you show the free program to set this mic? tank you.

  • When you plug in a headphone to the mic, can you hear music played from the computer on it??

  • @sexykossa thats what ive been wondering aswell

  • is it worth getting this over a snowflake or a snowball in terms of doing commentaries and occasionally music? And also for price?

  • would this work with screaming vocals like, lamb of god, pantera ect

  • Does the Yeti work on Windows 7?

  • @tijn588 Yes o:

  • OMG! What a professional voice for a gangster!

  • @1pinkskyy why is he a gangster?

  • He never takes a breath...

  • Now I cant wait for christmas....

  • you have a very "commercial/radio voice"... haha just saying

  • does this mic pick up alot of computer noise and things like that ^^ ?

  • You said you were gonna test the mic. your a liar and a charlatan.

  • @kahyei he was talking in the mic which is testing!

  • let me kno what cam you are rec with and how much do it cost

  • Do you have usb 3.0 or 2.0 on your computer? btw I'm trying to get my comp to recognize my blue yeti, i bought the pro model and I can't seem to connect it to my comp it keeps saying it failed to install properly when i plugged it in. Also when i plug my headphones into the mic itself and turn up the volume i can hear myself. what am i doing wrong? please recommend me a solution.

  • wich one is better To SING " yeti microphone or Snowball microphone ?

    thanks

  • @pmarquesf I'm wondering the same thing. But I've heard that the yeti has more functions. As far as sound quality goes, they're pretty similar. It's just that the yeti has more to work with like the cardioid pattern settings I think...but I'm not entirely sure about the whole similar quality thing haha.

  • @pmarquesf I would say yeti just bc of quality. however, it is more ideal to stand up while singing so the snowball's compactness is an upside.

  • What kind of cam are you using?

  • @Yeshuasgirl1 like he said.. he's using a canon t2i

  • Comment removed

  • Great info. Where does the audio file store after you record it. I am trying to do sound tracks for iMovie and want to make sure the audio recording software will place a file in iTunes so I can import it into iMovies. Have you tried this and if so what app would you recommend for iPad2?

  • great job!!

  • 3000th viewer!!!!!

  • is this good for recording music like singing

  • do like singers and stuff use this?

  • Are you positive that the setting was on Cardioid instead of Omni? It's hard to tell because of the angle.

  • it looks like shit

  • @maxtheking1234

    du auch ;D

    du gronkh-hasser!!!!

  • @AllesBullshit Ruhe Fanboy ;)

    Ne ich mag Gronkh

  • the pattern settings are just how you want to capture sound wether just in front or figure 8 or cardioid like you meant to say. i record bands and thats how most vocal mic settings are. cool mic though. sounds great. :)

  • 2:11 chinguen es una palabra en español

  • Americans kids and their toys lol

  • sound is unreal quality:)

  • Thats much better sound quality! Thanks a lot

  • LOUDER!

  • Come on man, another copy?

    youtube. com/watch?v=XKzcrCCvlBE&feature=channel_video_title

  • @Umm15Characters how is this a copy?

  • can you PLEASE make a video how to match up the audio with garageband with your camera?

  • @JrProductionx just say 3 2 1 whilst putting 3 fingers, then 2 fingers, then 1 finger up =P

  • @djdude36 thanks but he has to have tips

  • @JrProductionx there is literally nothing else to it, trust me, I make videos on the channel Urlclan , look me up, and have to do it

  • @djdude36 ok thanks! but you save the voice fale in garageband to your files then upload it in imovie??.....I make videos too but tech videos

  • @JrProductionx I use sony vegas, and record my voice using a camcorder, so I just put them both in and match up the audio/visual

  • @JrProductionx I look at the volume bars and match them up as best as I can. or you can clap once before you start talking while recording, then match up the claps.

  • Do u guys think jailbreakme 3.0 will come out today?

  • is that a district 9 poster on your wall ? if so EPIC FILM! where you get it?

  • @iKryptic ordered one lol dont know if its that same as yours though, any more news on the ipad 2 JB?

  • why don't you just connect it to your T2i, with the audio jack

  • @theycallmeavijeet because it's a USB mic.

  • @iKryptic oh okay, so what are you syncing the two together with? FCPX?

  • @iKryptic Say, is there a quality diffrence between the Blue Yeti & the Blue Yeti Pro over the USB jack?

I'm thinking about buying this, but i'm not sure if i should put a 100 bucks more into it simply because it has a XLR Jack, which i cant use.

  • Good quality

  • Under 300 FTW

  • *yeti sound* akfaihfuahguwqaguwb!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • So you'll always be recording audio on your computer and video on the camera? 2 separate devices wow a lot of extra work.

  • @idjmic not too much =D

  • why do you do tech vlogs so rarely?? can you make more please?

  • @applerules100 I'm switching things up, iOSVlog revamp!

  • Reading the manual? Phil, I thought you were better than that.

  • @SawyersTechStuff haha I don't know too much about audio.

  • amazing!! :D
