Spill has been my favorite band since forever. You did an amazing job and this being my favorite song by them, I don't think anyone would or could have done a better job unless it was Nick himself. Absolutely stunning!!!

Open your throat more, don't strain for the note, let it come as it is.

Just raise your eyebrows and pretend like your upper teeth are going behind your eyeballs, it's minuscule changes like that which improve your voice drastically. Also, When you hit the high notes, push a little harder from your core and less from your throat, it will give you a more natural sound. It really helps me if I try to simulate a British accent. I don't know why and I don't know if it will work with you, but might as well try it:)

Please take no offense, your voice is beautiful and you are very good. But this is my favorite song of all time, and so of course to me it's not going to sound as amazing as the original.
