Liberal protesters would have fewer issues with law enforcement if they'd follow instructions and avoid provoking the officers. The police warned that less-than-lethal force would be used, the students failed to disperse, and the officers used less-than-lethal force. Seems pretty simple.

I grew up in a small town. It was idyllic. We always waved at the cops as they drove by & the only problems we knew about were white collar crimes or kids smoking pot. They police didn't have a whole lot to do. When I got popped for wreck less driving they handled me firmly but absolutely courteously. They could have roughed me up & gotten away with it. They even came to my house a week later to see how I was handling it. I was under aged, very embarrassed & everyone in town knew about it. Cool.
