I almost bought a house right up the street from that Ingles, on Autry Rd. Brand new house, one year old, never lived in.

I ended up spending a lot less and got a great house off Mt. Moriah Rd and Harmony Grove instead. :)

Close to there, yep. I almost bought a house ON Harmony Grove right near Ridgeview....glad that deal fell through; it was overpriced and the house had issues. :)

I live about 4 minutes away from there.

I haven't driven by yet, but a friend told me they're finally putting up some traffic lights at that intersection with Hwy 8, which was getting really dangerous with that new Ingles there. I'm really curious to see if they link the traffic signals with the RR crossing signals. Seems like they'd almost HAVE to.

nice! that train is q194 from atlanta-charlotte. you are right about auburn and palmer being so close together; you see some strange signal indications at auburn because of that.

This is my first 'real' attempt at a railfanning vid with a camcorder. Hope to get more once my weekends free up...right now I have no off-days until after the Rennaissance Festival ends in June!

The reason why I mutter "that's rare" when I see this train's intermodal consist is that I'm usually limited to seeing trains here at night (except on weekends), and CSX only runs intermodals during the day here.
