You can defeat skeletron prime and twins easy without buffs with adamantite set and good eq like obsidian shield luckyhorse shoe cross necklace phelosipher stone and any of the boosting boots or wings.But destroyer is a little bit hard cause you will need to use buffs and as a weapon use Crystal storm spell for destroyed.

I recomand you to kill first destroyer then make mega shark and kill the rest of the bosses with the mega shark :D

Good show! I will be using exactly that arena when I get around to him.

Though I do question your equipment; were I you, would have used the Mask for the ranged bonuses it gives, and made up for the defence with an ironskin potion and a regeneration potion. That said, what you have done is prove that this boss can be taken down relatively simply even without the Hallowed Repeater/Megashark with Unholy/Holy Arrows and/or Crystal/Meteor shots I will be using. Well done.
