ever since they released Murder they've gone downhill. Lovehatetragedy is one of the best CD's ever made and is the most underrated of their's. Infest, LHT, and GAWM r the best albums, paramour sessions was ok, and metamorphosis downright sucks. It sucks. They're soooo mainstream. They're just not the same band anymore, not at all. :(

Infest came out in 1999, and you're complaining that they have changed!? The Paramour Sessions and Metamorphosis show more of the bands skill than the other 3 combined. Yes there were some weaker songs in their new stuff, but now their lyrics come from personal experience and mean something, unlike alot of their older stuff. Fuck you....

@CobyD101 honestly man i respect ur opinion i was fine with u up until u said "fuck you". If u listen, almost every song on metamorphosis is a generic radio song, meant to make money. I honestly doubt a generic, standard pop rock song like Lifeline "comes from the heart". Theyre in it for the money now... this song and their older music had soul, and had more meaning besides a generic pop rock band.

I apologize for being rude. But I believe that all of Papa Roach's stuff is good music. Yes they are pointing alot more in the direction of radio music than just towards their die hard fans now, but maybe that's how they're still going strong. Regardless, I really think that Metamorphosis showcased all their talents and what they have learnt over the years, and that is why I think it was still a great album.

the beginning of the millenium had such great bands with great albums. Papa roach, deftones, limp bizkit, stained puddle of mudd, linkin park, korn, sevendust, godsmack,saliva, and system of a down. now these bands dont make such good music as they did in the beginning. P-roach is completely different now. I saw them in concert recently in new york city, and i felt like i was watching a cover band singing last resort and dead cell. The energy was not the same.
