How can a police have problems to differentiate from a gun and a tazer gun do they not get lessons or are they just to stupid. If it were a civilian that did that he would be in jail and prosecuted for shutting an officer. things are just to crazzzy in this world.
Unfortunately there is no way of knowing, without knowing what type of model of taser the officer was carrying at the time. Some are designed different, some with the trigger in the center, or below, if he was carrying one with a trigger that was in the center then it is possible that he intended to shoot the man.
