Filatov was left in the minors because he needed to put on a few pounds and work on his defensive skills. He will be our new Zherdev next season, and Columbus is expecting great things from him. It's looking like he will start out on the 3rd line and they will look to pair him with Jason Williams to have a good playmaker to set him up.

Jackets only didnt play Filatov because he was 18 and they would have to keep him the whole season if he played a certain amount of games, he should be up there next season though and yes he is alot better than Zherdev, Filatov plays defense...

I think he will 70-79 point man if Nash stays the for 5 more years, but if Nash does to a different team Filatov will be a 90-105 point man.

I'm saying if Nash stays with the team for five or six YEARS!. Nikita Filatov is going average 60-79 points a season. But, if Nash leaves in the next five or six YEARS. Filatov is going to be a 100 point man you retard. Or if he gets traded(Filatov) to the another team. He's going to be a FUKING good. I now said it present on the post comment.

He played (and scored...TWICE; won the game in a shoot-out!) in a pre-season game against Toronto. Stats don't count for pre-season. This was his first REGULAR season NHL game; stats count.

i was just there tonight. it was great to see his first goal especially after his friends death. this kid is going to be a star. ( i really believe Voracek will have a great Career as well.
