Did you install a USB multiplier in there somewhere? Assuming this is based off the original Xbox 360 and not the slim, you have all 3 USB ports being used. One for the wireless adapter, camera, and keyboard.

In the next model, add USB ports and AV ports for sound jacks to be inserted if you have a nice computer desk and want to put your surround in. Also, try use Zalman computer fans, they're much more quieter.
